I have to say I am a big ramen fan. I don't like the shoyu or soy sauce ramen, that is popular in Tokyo, so much though. I love 'char siu' ramen in a miso broth. It is excellent in winter. The broth is deliciously thick and steamy. I love fishing the noodles, bean sprouts and slices of pork out of it. Then, I drink the broth to the dregs, spoonful by spoonful. Divine!
